James C. Youmans has more than 35 years of experience in corporate pharmaceutical operational management positions, as well as experience in marketing, sales, new product development, and medical information services. Jim has worked for Eli Lilly and Company, Glaxo Pharmaceuticals, Ranbaxy Pharmaceuticals, Sandoz Pharmaceuticals, and Novartis Pharmaceuticals in Switzerland. He holds, and has held, board positions with 19 US and international pharmaceutical companies.
Jim earned his BA in psychology at Indiana University.
Mike Schreier has more than 30 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales, sales operations, finance, and marketing. Mike’s expertise includes field force size and structure, incentive compensation, call reporting, sample accountability, decision support, and data management. His professional experience includes positions with Carter-Wallace, GlaxoSmithKline, and Glax Wellcome.
Mike earned his BS in Finance at The College of New Jersey.
David L. Youmans, RPh, has more than 25 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Before joining RxSolutions as Partner and President in 2003, Dave worked with GlaxoSmithKline, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, and with managed care institutions in sales and marketing. His expertise includes sales, sales management, sales training, account management, anti-infective marketing, and brand marketing. Prior to entering the Pharmaceutical Industry, Dave worked in the retail sector of the pharmaceutical industry.
Dave earned his Bachelors of Science in Pharmacy at Butler University, College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Indianapolis, Indiana. Dave is a licensed registered pharmacist in North Carolina and Indiana.
When Dave is not busy focusing on his clients, he enjoys spending time at the lake with his wife, two daughters, and son-in-law.
Marc Brady has more than 25 years’ experience in accounting and finance in manufacturing, public accounting, and real estate. Marc’s expertise includes transitioning businesses and strategies to optimize effectiveness and accuracy of financial and managerial data.
Marc earned his BA in accounting at North Carolina State University.
Tom Heck has 24 years of pharmaceutical experience, primarily in commercial leadership. He was integral in the foundation of two on-going fully integrated pharma companies, and has been a part of five successfully exited pharma start-ups. His passion is in helping pharma thrive!
